Cancellation policy for retainer fee
A client can notify me by email of their wish to cancel the work ordered under a retainer fee, and I will return to them what remains of their retainer fee from the time I read the cancellation email, and will give to them whatever work had been accomplished up until that time.
Cancellation policy for appointments
My online booking system allows clients to cancel their own appointments up to two (2) days before the scheduled appointment and receive a refund.
It is the client’s responsibility to carry out the cancelation online.
The pre-payment will not be returned to a client who cancels with less than two (2) days’ notice, and this is because late cancellations may not allow me book other clients for the timeframe that has suddenly become available.
