How we can work together
There are two ways that a client can engage my services:
1. An online appointment with me.
2. A prepayment that I then use to work on the client's document in my own time, without the client joining me online.
Types of written work that can be produced:
- Any document (usually a factual account of events) that your lawyer requests you prepare for him/her to use in representing your case. Note: if the case involves children, email me to discuss prior to booking an appointment.
- Memorandums to accompany last wills, to be given to the estate lawyer who writes your will. A memorandum is to be used by an Executor to protect the will from being challenged after the passing of the Willmaker. Essentially, a memorandum of this type is the Willmaker’s explanation to the court as to why they have arranged their will as they have, and it is a measure to spare the Willmaker's loved ones from a court battle after the Willmaker's passing.
- Formal written statements, letters, complaints, and responses

Types of written work that cannot be produced:
- Novels, short stories, poetry, screenplays, and similar types of creative writing.
- Academic assignments (any essay, assignment, or project which will be graded by an educational institution).
